Our CREMOSO is made with fresh raw sheep´s milk, which has been ripened for a minimum of 20 days. The manufacturing technology is developed in our cheese shop, with the objective of creating a cream cheese without a bitter flavour.
RIND:Â White in colour due to the use of Penicillium Camemberti in fermentation.
COLOUR:Â The interior of the cheese varies between an ivory and pale straw colour.
TEXTURE:Â High solubility, liquefied cheese, which can be spread on bread or toast.
FLAVOUR:Â An intense yet sophisticated flavour.
AROMA: A framework of complex floral aromas, leaving a lingering freshness on the palate.
RENNET: Made with thistle flower.
